Job purpose
Roam are looking to add a new member to its growing finance team, based in the Roam HQ in Crawley, West Sussex.
Reporting in to our Senior Finance Administrator, the ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to hit the ground running. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who truly wants to make a difference in a fast growing business.
Duties and responsibilities
Accounts payable - matching POs to supplier invoices and processing payments, supporting with collating and reconciling expenses and credit card transactions
Shared inbox management, including triaging, actioning, and filing incoming emails to the shared accounts email inbox
Analysis – providing site performance information to key stakeholders in the business, and other ad hoc reporting as may be required
Assist with audits internal/external as applicable
Supporting other departments with PO Management
Helping complete on OZEV claims and government grants (training will be provided) and CIS claims
Skills and experience
A previous background in a similar role is essential
Strong IT skill and proficiency with MS Office Applications; particularly Excel and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, time management and attention to detail skills
Willingness to be flexible and develop within the role as the business grows
Experience of using NetSuite is preferable, but not essential
Working conditions
Hours of work are 8:30 – 17:00 Monday – Friday
This role is principally office based with some hybrid working available
