Uckfield College is a highly successful and popular college in the heart of rural Sussex yet within commuting distance of Brighton, Eastbourne and the South Coast. The college is an excellent working environment characterised by happy, well-motivated students and innovative and enthusiastic teachers. Following our recent inspection in April 2024, Uckfield College has been awarded an ‘Outstanding’ rating by Ofsted, both as the overall judgement, and in each of the different categories that are evaluated.
