We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Business Administrator to join our busy school office team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our school and providing an exceptional service to our community.
As the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies, you will deliver a professional and welcoming service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Reception cover will be a key part of your role, alongside supporting the wider team with day-to-day office operations.
We are seeking someone who is highly organised and reliable, with excellent attention to detail. Experienced in administration (school experience desirable). Confident using IT systems and managing data accurately. A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a busy team.
Applicants with experience in administering financial processes—such as processing invoices, and managing payment cards—will be considered for the SS5 grade. This includes ensuring compliance with financial procedures and maintaining accurate records.
