EXAMS & DATA OFFICER

Full Time / Permanent - 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (incl INSET days) + 1 week during summer holidays

Single Status Grade 6, Points 14-16 (Salary £26,824 - £27,694 pro rata)

Actual Salary £23,768 - £24,538

Cavendish Education Trust is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, confident and organised individual to be our Exams & Data Officer.

Reporting to the Data Manager, the successful candidate will;

    • Manage the Trust’s examination programme for pupils (predominantly secondary aged pupils). This is a very important role within the Trust to ensure our exam arrangements are successfully carried out.

    • Support the effective management and use of the Trust’s management information system (MIS) to ensure effective reporting and examinations processes. Currently the Trust uses Arbor as its MIS, so experience of using Arbor would be an advantage.

    • Lead on the recruitment of exam invigilators and schedule their time to support the exam process including managing their hours across the exam timetable, recording their hours and completion of timesheets for payroll.
    • Support data compliance including General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
