The Role

Applications are invited from enthusiastic and reliable individuals looking to play a significant role in our production process. Joining our busy Cropping team, candidates will be responsible for supporting the Glasshouses, harvesting/picking multiple varieties of our juicy chillies

Based at our Bosham site, near Chichester and reporting directly to the Glasshouse Crop Manager, you will be a pivotal team member, working to ensure that customer standards are met and maintained at all times, along with maintaining a safe, clean working environment. Following stringent procedures and working within a fast paced, dynamic, team environment, you will also have excellent attention to detail and good communication skills - not forgetting that all important, sense of humour!

• Harvesting designated crops
