We’re looking for passionate people to join our Guest Services Team working on our on resort Receptions and Call Centre.
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us. Looking after guests during their arrival experience within our check-in areas for our Village accommodation or on our Hotel receptions. Also problem-solving guest queries on the phone and via our in-house computerised live chat system will keep you busy every part of your shift.
You will liaise with our facilities, accommodation and wider resort teams to ensure our guests have the very best experience possible using a variety of communication methods, predominantly using our in-house systems, phone and radio.
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.
Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.
Typical working hours cover full time 35 hours a week with a variety of shifts between 8am -10pm on Mondays and Fridays, 8am-5pm on all other days including weekends. Do let us know your availability at the application stage and we can have a chat with you about this in more detail
