Key Responsibilities:

    • A mixture of providing teaching assistant support within a class, covering classes and leading targeted interventions.
    • Lead whole-class teaching effectively under teacher direction, delivering a broad range of curriculum subjects.
    • Build positive, trusting relationships with children across the school.
    • Confidently implement our approaches to inclusion, behaviour management, and safeguarding policies with consistency.
    • Deliver high-quality interventions that support good rates of pupil progress.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

    • Proven experience supporting teaching and learning in a classroom setting.
    • Ability to lead whole-class teaching sessions with confidence and effectiveness.
    • Skilled in delivering curriculum content across a range of subjects.
    • Strong understanding of inclusive practises, behaviour management, and safeguarding requirements.
    • Experience in leading interventions that improve pupil outcomes.
