As a Cleaning Manager, you’ll oversee the smooth running of one of our 200 bedroom Ocean Hotel, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all our guest accommodation. You’ll lead your team in delivering our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach, maintaining exceptional operational standards and holding your team accountable for consistently excellent results. This role involves analysing KPIs, managing stock control systems to maximise efficiency, and ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
You’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests working alongside a passionate, dedicated team who take pride in making every stay as fun and carefree as possible.
Typical working hours cover 40 hours per week with a variety of shifts between 8:30am to 9pm.
