The Role:

Junior Stylists work as part of the studio workflow appropriately styling e-commerce garments from various brands according to both Style Guides and brand requirements. The Styling team works as part of the end-to-end Studio Workflow process, styling END. products in a relevant and appropriate manner to support their sale online for a best-in-class retail experience.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

    • Adhering and contributing to the END. Style Guide to ensure that all products are styled

      in an appropriate manner, interpreting brand aesthetics and adjacencies.

    • Ensuring that END. are styling products in alignment with the Style Guides, customer

      profiles and brand requirements to support the sale of our product online.

    • Ability to work flexibly across a range of products and brands to create client-facing

      imagery.

    • Collaboration with an on-set team to direct models and select strongest poses/imagery

      that accurately represents the products.

    • Adheres to END. Style guide and influences Styling team with research, processes and

      systems with a focus on continuous improvement to drive the quality of work.

    • Look to enhance styling creatively with the product selection of our Model’s Wardrobe,

      offering support and suggestions to Styling Assistants.

    • Ensures the team quality and continuous improvement to drive an exceptional customer

      retail experience.

    • Active interest in image development, research and moodboarding.
    • Styling reporting - providing the business with relevant, timely and accurate data and

      targets to drive performance and decision making,

    • Building strong relationships across the business with particular focus on collaboration

      with other Studio areas (such as Photography and Retouch) to help ensure a smooth and

      aligned workflow process

    • Achieve KPI targets associated with the role with a focus on reducing Time to Site and

      Cost per Style and unblocking (or escalating) issues to maximize productivity.

Who we’re looking for:

    • Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes,

      procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks. Knowledge can be

      acquired through a combination of job-related training and considerable on- the-job

      experience. Operates within a defined role, with some autonomy in how tasks are

      delivered.

    • In-depth brand knowledge and active interest in keeping up to date with the evolution of

      trends and patterns within the industry.

    • You welcome feedback and embrace change.
    • Good understanding of how the team integrates and collaborates with other teams to

      achieve overall objectives of the department.

    • Understands procedures and has the capability to evaluate and select the appropriate

      alternatives from defined options and plans and monitors own work within agreed

      deadlines. Responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of your own work.

    • Direct impact on customer experience and team performance through the quality of the

      tasks performed or services provided.

    • Good verbal and written communication with colleagues and/or customers.
    • Focused ability to work collaboratively in a team working to tight deadlines with an agile

      and flexible attitude.
