We are seeking an outstanding KS1/KS2 Teaching Assistant/INA who will help our children flourish and grow, embodying our core values of Kind, Respectful, Safe.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to enabling every child to thrive.

We are looking for someone who:

    • Is a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant/INA with recent experience of working in Primary Education with children who have a broad range of special educational needs and disabilities including Autism and Speech and Language Communication Needs.
    • Is able to work within our experienced team of Individual Needs Assistants to support our highest needs children.
    • Is able to provide emotional regulation and pastoral support to the children they work with.
    • Has an exceptional personality with positivity, energy and resilience.
    • Is an excellent communicator and has a clear understanding of the expectations of the role of a Teaching Assistant.
    • Has experience in using Makaton with children or is willing to learn.
    • Is able to show a commitment to the ethos and vision of our school which provides wellbeing first for all.
