We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on team player to set up, run, and maintain our cut packhouse machinery and packing lines—keeping quality high, reducing waste, and helping us meet the standards our customers rely on.
⭐ What You’ll Do
✔ Set up and operate cutting and packing line machinery safely and accurately
✔ Ensure cut herbs are processed to specification before packing
✔ Check labels, seals, weights, and overall product quality
✔ Meet key daily KPIs (including waste reduction & efficiency targets)
✔ Keep your line running smoothly with strong communication and teamwork
✔ Maintain excellent hygiene and follow all H&S and Food Safety procedures
✔ Support Continuous Improvement projects to help make our site even better

✔ Highly motivated with a can‑do attitude
✔ Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork
✔ Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, chilled environment
✔ Health & Safety awareness (essential)
✔ Experience in machine operation, cut packhouse processes, or food manufacturing (desirable)
