- Contract: 12-month Maternity Cover
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic senior marketeer to provide 12-month maternity cover. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading Leo Cancer Care's marketing function, including but not limited to: strategic development, brand enhancement, product marketing, event management, and content initiatives. A big part of this role will be to support, lead and mentor a high-performing team. Most importantly for us as a growing company, we need someone who can balance big strategic thinking that is not afraid to muck in and do the work to ensure we all succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of the marketing team, ensuring a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
- Strategic Marketing & Brand Management: Implement and evolve the comprehensive marketing strategy, strengthening the Leo Cancer Care brand and managing public relations to elevate the company's market presence.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and execute lead-generation activities across all channels, ensuring close alignment with the Sales team to support their objectives.
- Product Marketing Leadership: Drive all marketing efforts for the product portfolio, including strategic positioning, compelling messaging, robust go-to-market strategies, and the creation of essential collateral.
- Event and Webinar Management: Oversee all major events and webinars, with a focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI), enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and facilitating sales meetings. This includes diligent budget management.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders, including collaborative content creation to drive awareness and education.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Create and deliver impactful marketing campaigns designed to educate on new features and proactively address potential market objections.
- Content Strategy and Oversight: Lead the development and execution of the content strategy across digital, print, and video, ensuring high-quality, compelling communications and consistent brand voice.
