The Employment and Skills team are recruiting for a Modern Work Experience Co-ordinator to lead the modern work experience agenda within the Careers Hub.
The role will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of the programme, from planning and stakeholder engagement to delivery and evaluation, ensuring that outcomes are met and impact is achieved.
The project aligns with the “Equalex” framework, created by the Careers and Enterprise Company to ensure modern work experience is embedded for all young people from Years 7 – 11. You’ll play a key role in embedding this approach across our local education and employer networks.
