Join Bayswater as a Reservations Intern with the Groups team!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern with strong attention to detail to join our Groups team. The position could be based at our Brighton or London centres, with some remote work.

This is a unique opportunity to gain experience of operations, administration and logistics within a core team at Bayswater.

You’ll work across the whole organisation, supporting our group operations and working with our sales team and 11 centres around the world.

What you’ll be doing

    • Working with our centres to support the logistics

      for our groups. 

    • Using Bayswater’s student management and CRM systems to manage bookings. 
    • Responding to enquiries and requests for quotations from Bayswater’s international sales team.

    • Interest in logistics and administration within a complex operational setting 
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Practical Details

    • Duration: Flexible (minimum 2 months) 
    • Full-time or part-time options available 
    • Based in UK, working in Brighton, London or remotely 
    • Eligibility: Must have the right to live and work in the UK 
    • DBS check required if working with under-18s 
    • Intended for students enrolled in a UK-based further or higher education course. The placement must be less than one year in duration and form part of your studies.
