The Opportunity As Retail Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional retail experience that reflects the elegance and heritage of Leonardslee Gardens. You’ll oversee daily operations of our boutique gift shop, curate beautiful product displays, and lead a dedicated team in providing outstanding customer service to visitors from around the world. What We’re Looking For Essential Experience:

Proven track record in retail supervision or management

Strong merchandising and visual display expertise

Experience managing and motivating retail teams

Excellent customer service skills with a luxury retail mindset

Cash handling and till management proficiency

Stock control and inventory management experience Personal Attributes:
