We are looking for a dynamic Retail Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution and optimization of our marketing initiatives across TGB. You will work closely with both commercial and brand teams and be the driving force behind in-store campaigns, omni-channel activations that elevate brand visibility, drive footfall and convert browsers into loyal customers.
Partnering with our existing customers (Distributors/Retailers/Wholesalers) to drive category growth. Supporting the commercial team as we continue to expand TGB deeper and wider in existing markets and new territories.

About you:
We are looking for a collaborative professional with proven experience in retail marketing within a B2B or B2C environment. Excellent project management and communication skills. Solid stakeholder management and leadership skills.
A creative thinker with a commercial mindset, able to interpret and present analytics. Beauty is preferred not essential.
