As a Senior Business Administrator in SPOA you will provide vital support to teams and ensure customer/clients queries and concerns are responded to efficiently. Ensure accurate records are maintained and other staff within the team receive the support they need to do their own jobs well.
You will gain an understanding of the team’s services and the impact they have on people’s lives. Working collaboratively is essential—you’ll need to anticipate and respond to the needs of team members, whether they are based in the office, working remotely, or out in the community.
