As an Adult Social Care Occupational Therapist, you can make a real difference to a person’s life, visiting people in their homes, providing specialist assessment and meeting eligible needs through equipment provision and reablement.
The role will include assessing and supervising staff to assess Adults in line with the Care Act. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have a pivotal role in the well-being agenda and inform the interventions needed to meet clients' and carers assessed eligible needs. You will manage and reduce risks, allowing clients to remain as safe as possible in their own homes, using a reablement approach.
