    • Provide ongoing support to service personnel deployed on client sites, resolving technical, logistical, or scope-related issues promptly

    • Manage project financial performance including cost tracking, margin control, variations, invoicing milestones, and forecasting

    • Prepare and submit quotations and variation requests, coordinating input across engineering, procurement, and commercial teams

    • Participate in client meetings, providing progress updates, forecasts, and issue resolution plans

    • Identify service opportunities, extensions, or repeat work, supporting opportunity tracking and client relationship management

    • Identify risks and opportunities early, escalating concerns to mitigate impact on safety, delivery, or cost

    • Support continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and contributing feedback

    • Participate in the Service Department on-call Rota, providing out-of-hours project and client support when required.

Depending on experience and workload, the role may also include:

    • Review and approve supplier documentation for technical and commercial compliance

    • Prepare and issue project documentation such as work packs, FAT procedures, test procedures, and technical reports

    • Specify and procure specialist or application-specific components, ensuring compliance with technical and client requirements

    • Provide technical input to quotations and estimates, supporting scope definition, durations, equipment, materials, and resourcing
