We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our team and drive success. This is a key leadership role where you’ll inspire and motivate colleagues, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure outstanding store performance. About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working 5 days out of 7

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of store operations, from driving sales and managing budgets to developing your team and building strong community relationships. You’ll lead by example, create a positive and solution-focused environment, and ensure every interaction reflects our values.

Key responsibilities include:

    • Driving store performance by achieving KPIs and engaging your team in delivering results
    • Creating and implementing store strategies to ensure high standards of service and satisfaction
    • Developing and delivering the store business plan with a focus on commercial awareness and growth
    • Managing stock control, promotions, seasonal events, and merchandising to maximise sales
    • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members who embody our values
    • Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures
    • Managing budgets, financial controls, and reporting accurately and efficiently


About You

    • At least 2 years’ proven management experience within a comparable retail role
    • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and managing budgets
    • Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, stock control, and customer service
    • Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
    • Strong commercial awareness, including analysing sales trends and identifying growth opportunities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and engage colleagues
    • Flexible and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous improvement and team development
    • A natural leader with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service
