Summary:
The objective of the EC Young Learners recruitment team is to source, select, secure, and develop the very best people for our young learner programmes, ensuring welfare and safeguarding policies are adhered to at all times and to position Embassy Summer as the preferred employer of choice for temporary summer school staff.
The Recruitment Officer works as part of a team primarily responsible for ensuring our UK locations and programmes are adequately staffed and resourced in line with our British Council accreditation scheme and our internal recruitment targets, and that there is a focus on safer recruiting to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our young learner students.
