We are looking someone who has a passion for supporting young people to maintain positive emotional wellbeing and engagement to join our established inclusion provision. The post holder will use therapeutic approaches and targeted interventions with young people to aid positive wellbeing and engagement, supporting a range of social, emotional and mental health needs. This new holistic role been developed not only to provide support, advice and information to children and young people (CYP) but also families across the Seaford community. The practitioner will provide focused bespoke intervention to support learners across Seaford, encouraging positive engagement in education with a specific focus on reducing the barriers to school and transition points for our most vulnerable families.
