Job Description
As a Care Professional, you’ll play a vital part in your clients’ daily routines. From offering practical help with personal care and preparing wholesome meals, to sharing conversation and supporting clients in their community, you’ll help create a warm, reassuring environment throughout the winter and beyond.
- Support clients with daily routines (personal care and medication reminders)
- Prepare wholesome meals and warming drinks tailored to preferences
- Share meaningful conversation and enjoyable activities to brighten their day
- Carry out light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home
- Offer companionship, encouragement, and assistance with outings
- Run essential errands when required
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- A naturally kind, patient, and empathetic nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and excellent time management
- Attention to detail when following care plans
- A willingness to learn and grow, no prior experience required
- Reliable transportation for client visits

Due to the nature of the role, you must live in one of the following postcodes: BN20, BN21, BN22, BN23, BN24, BN26, BN27 or TN21 0
