Job Summary

We’re looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to own and execute end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support revenue growth. This role sits within the Demand Generation function, reporting to the US-based Head of Demand Generation, and works closely with our US-based Sales team as well as UK-based Marketing team and in particular, the Product and Brand Partnerships Teams.

You’ll be responsible for translating business priorities into compelling, measurable campaigns across multiple channels; from concept through execution, optimization, and reporting.

What Success Looks Like

    • Consistent delivery of high-quality MQLs and MQAs that convert into pipeline and revenue.

    • Strong alignment and credibility with Sales, Product, and Brand stakeholders across regions.

    • Campaigns that are well-executed, on-brand, and performance-driven.

    • Clear visibility into results, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

Day to day this role will

    • Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns aligned to Tillo’s commercial, product, and brand priorities.

    • Drive lead generation and pipeline growth, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality MQLs and MQAs to support revenue objectives.

    • Partner closely with our US-based Sales team to ensure strong alignment on campaign goals, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with UK-based Marketing team and in particular, the Product and Brand Partnerships Teams, to align messaging, positioning, and go-to-market timing.

    • Own campaign planning, timelines, and execution, ensuring programs launch on time and perform against defined targets.

    • Develop clear, compelling campaign messaging and value propositions tailored to target industries, buyer personas, and use cases.

    • Support product launches and feature rollouts, with integrated campaign strategies including email marketing, social and content marketing including product webinars.

    • Support the Brand Partnerships team with integrated campaign strategies to drive awareness and demand amongst leading retailers

    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including MQL and MQA outcomes, using insights to continuously optimize results.

    • Work with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns at scale

What we’re looking for

    • 3–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, demand generation, or sales-related roles.

    • Proven experience delivering multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns end to end.

    • Strong understanding of demand funnels, including MQL, MQA, and MTA frameworks.

    • Experience partnering with global Sales teams to support commercial and pipeline objectives.

    • Strong project management and organizational skills.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

    • Highly driven and execution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

    • Proactive and self-directed, able to operate independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.

    • A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across functions and geographies.

    • An excellent communicator with exceptional writing skills and a strong attention to detail.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where impact matters.

Tools & Experience (Nice to Have)

    • Familiarity with HubSpot is strongly preferred. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Unify GTM is a bonus, but not mandatory.

    • Experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, incentives, or B2B technology is beneficial.
